POK POK PO was born from a simple kitchen experiment that quickly turned extraordinary. When Chef Jassi created a game-changing hot sauce to pair with perfectly crispy fried chicken, it sparked a new culinary adventure. Partners Preet and Surpreet were instantly hooked by the bold flavors and knew they had something special to share with Houston.
With the same passion we poured into our fine dining venture, Amrina The Woodlands, we’re building POK POK PO as a community-driven brand. It’s more than just great food—it’s about crafting memorable experiences that bring people together to celebrate good food, good company, and the joy of sharing.
